The limitations of Concrete
We do not guarantee that concrete will not crack. However, control joints are installed as required, in order to aid in the shrinking of the concrete. We do not guarantee the ultimate finish color(s), as climate conditions vary from day to day. All of our decorative concrete and masonry jobs are installed by humans, and even under close supervision, small imperfections can and will be expected. In spite of its strength and durability, concrete is not indestructible. We cannot be responsible for things that are beyond our control. Cracking, scaling, settling, heaving, and other damage may occur despite the skill of our workmanship and the quality of our materials. Frequent freezing and thawing common in this climate may cause cracking which is beyond our ability to prevent. Salts and other de-icing chemicals may cause pitting or scaling if they are used on the surface. This is especially harmful during the first winter. Due to variations in the color of concrete, sand, and course aggregate, we are unable to guarantee the finished color of concrete. Some slight variations may occur. The structural integrity of your concrete is not affected by color.

Limited Warranty and Claims
This limited warranty is the only warranty of any kind that we make, and we stand behind it!
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above this estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner is to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workman’s Compensation Insurance. If you notice a problem, call us immediately. We will address the situation promptly, identify what the problem may be, and how we can satisfy you.
If we do not handle your complaint to your satisfaction within thirty days (30), you must send us a specific written notice of your claim. If we have not used specified materials or completed the work in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices, our liability is limited to replacement of the affected concrete, but no other type of claim or expense. No claim filed more than sixty days (60) after the problem first appears or one year (1) after installation, whichever comes first, will be allowed. There are no other warranties expressed or implied including any Implied Warranty of Merchantability.
